Sancho Ferrer Arquitectura is an architecture studio located in Mallorca but we also have an office in Figueres, where we carry out projects throughout the province of Girona and Barcelona. Our three basic principles in the company are passion, organization and transparency.

Passion

when you dedicate yourself to what you are really passionate about it makes a difference. Energy, dedication and pride is the formula we apply to the activities we carry out on a daily basis. We highly value what we do, we attach great importance to it since each project is part of our personal identity.

Organization

the organization of teams implies a multidisciplinary work in all aspects that ends up transforming our office into a collaborative platform. One of the objectives of this organization is to establish real conversations and that stand out for being creative as well as technical.

Transparency

the third point that defines our study is transparency. We believe that it should be the beginning of every business relationship. We know for a fact that being clear about our service delivery enhances the customer experience. This transparent attitude, typical of someone who has nothing to hide and who finds it easy to recognize their mistakes, reflects in better communication and consequently better projects.
